Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
We have a processing time of 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK time) will begin processing the same day. All orders go through a short processing period before being dispatched.
After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 working days. This means you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 5–10 working days from the date your order is placed.
Delays
During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We always do our best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding in the event of a delay.
We aim to keep any delays to a minimum and will provide updates where appropriate.
